Backstory: A very mysterious creature, claiming to hail from a Willy Wonka type fantastical candy factory. He delivers incredibly tasty cotton candy that he stores within his horn and his collar, although the price that is paid is also somewhat of a mystery. He just shows up out of nowhere and gives you some of the candy, thanks you for the payment, and leaves, what did he take?! The world may never know.

-Said to be descendant of the unicorn
-Orange parts inflate (maybe with helium?) uses to startle dangers or to assist him when flying
-Has a lot of trouble actually flying, really he just floats
-His horn can absorb and store cotton candy in large quantities, it magically compresses as it absorbs into the horn and uncompresses as it is released. The more cotton candy that is stored, the pinker his horn becomes. In this picture, he has very little stored, so the horn is light pink and lightens to white at the tip.
-His collar is studded with horns similar to his horn, which can also store cotton candy. He uses these as extra storage. e
