Rommel is a character design I adopted from Ms. Delicious over on FA. He is the cousin of her McKenzie. :3 He is much like his cousin in a lot of ways, but much less...well, aggressive. He loves to party and is very much the life of any party he attends. He is good with the ladies, but has trouble pulling the trigger when it comes down to it. He is more sensitive about women than McKenzie, and McKenz makes sure he knows what a pansy he thinks he is because of it.

He has a fierce need to be around people all the time. He has a tendency to act however he thinks people want him to act in a given situation instead of just being himself. So he is a hard guy to know truly. He acts out a lot and tends to get himself into trouble trying to keep up with Kenzie, and usually ends up taking the fall for both of them, but deep down he is a good soul who just doesn't have a clear idea of who he is yet. Poor babby! ;3;
