Caraprice is a mostly happy-go-lucky little filly. She loves to play with other ponies her age, often being found giggling at the slightest thing. She is generally up for any kind of adventure with her friends, exploring whatever she can. Her moods can sometimes be a bit whimsical or contrary, but that is generally chalked up to her being a little kid.

Caraprice is not the most adept swimmer of her friends, she usually paddles along behind them as they swim on ahead. Still, she doesn't mind being able to crawl along the ocean floor and explore what her other friends might swim past. If she is ever surprised underwater, she can flee swiftly by propelling herself backwards with her muscular tail. Even this has some drawbacks though, as if she is startled enough she will not necessarily be paying attention to where she is swimming.

Caraprice's body allows her to stay on land a bit easier than other sea ponies, and she loves making new friends above the waves. She is able to breathe both in and out of the water, although she cannot stay on dry land indefinitely. She is especially curious about pony cities that are farther inland, but she is too young to go on such an expedition at the current time.

Her name is a mix of "carapace" and "caprice", just in case anyone thought that was typo. :P
