General:
Spiritual horse whose tail and mane is actually fire. This horse lives outside of time and so her actual age is unknown to any but her (and she's not telling). Images of her can be found throughout time as she helps the pure and innocent and comforts the lost and lonely. She's fond of sparkly things like jewelry and has been caught unawares by many a passerby in crystal caverns and some treasure troves. Each time she fled by stepping into her timeless era.

More:
She is an equine goddess that looks over her objects with love. Her timeless era is actually the ethereal world where all deities reside when not in a corporeal form. Since humans and anthros began working with her equine subjects, She has began helping those that she saw worthy of her help from those races as well. Once helped by Her, she leaves a special "mark" that can be seen only by equines (both captive and free), who show those "marked" no fear and offer aide to them in turn.

Notes:
Not sure how much of a goddess she will be. If full goddess she was brought to life by the equine species, or the horse of Epona given goddess abilities. If part goddess, then daughter of Epona and some random stallion.
