Skitter is a sassy, pink cat who lives in Steel City. The beloved daughter of one of the wealthiest families in the city, Skitters early life was spent in the lap of luxury. However, she quickly found such lazy opulence dull, and she quickly found herself searching the city for something a little more "real" among the other felines of The Alley.

Friends often describe Skitter as a modern-day beatnik stereotype. She's an artist, a poet, and pretty handy with a set of bongos. Lively, but headstrong and with a no-nonsense mentality, Skitter isn't someone who suffers bullies and jerks long. She's often not someone you'd want to provoke, but rarely the type to visibly get riled up, often gleefully making use of the classic Confucius lesson "Don't get mad, get even". She's not ashamed of her wealth or status, though she simply gets no pleasure from throwing it around for materialistic gain that she didn't earn. Because of this, the cats of The Alley see her as much like family as any of their own.

She shares a close relationship with Scamp, with whom she's been friends with since they were both kittens. The duo often spend their days running around the city, getting into mischief and generally living it up. Despite their closeness, the two have never officially declared themselves to be dating. Were you to ask one of them about the status of their relationship, they'd be most likely to affectionately refer to the other as "My co-star".
