Safyras is a vamperic dragoness who rules her lands and subjects with cold claws and feeds off of fear from those that do not thrive in the lands of her rule. Though those that serve her loyally are gifted with a glimpse of her kindness and the heart she still carries though rarely ever shows it to any.
