A once proud patriot, Chuck finds himself doubting the world as he is met with hostility and hatred from those who would otherwise treat him with decency. The defeat of the War to the Northern states and the increasing rate of his mutation leaves this former family man as a calculating, spiteful creature.

Charlie Chambers takes on the form of a regal horned lizard.

Charlie has several nick names: Two-Horn and the Arizona Devil, both derived from his reptilian visage. Unlike true horned lizards, Charlie broke off almost every spike that grows from his head, save for two. It gives him a rather devil-like appearance.

Weaponry: Three Colt .45 Peacemakers. Two are hilted with ivory decoration (a family heirloom).

Unique Ability: Can shoot blood from his eyes
