Plugg here was a robot made to get revenge on someone, where he could inject viruses into a computer through his USB Tail. But he went crazy and decides to spread viruses everywhere...or just wreaking havoc.

Plugg is currently a wanted criminal in Borg City on Abeo Terrarum, for spreading destruction and the like around. Even though a lot of the time he hacks into the system and removes the bounty so bounty hunters think he's just someone who loves to prank people by putting viruses in computers.
