Anyways, Jay is another long time character of mine, the same species as Sheo and Jessica. Like all Draoone, he has one 'special' ability, an evolutionary trait, which is his Tail Scythe.

As with all Draoone, Jay's feral form is darker then his anthro form, but UNLIKE most other Draoone, he actually changes color, from his light tan to a medium grey. It isn't unheard of for this to happen in Draoone, but it's a rare trait.

Jay is very close with Sheo. They have a long history together, which didn't start of very pretty. He hunted her when Sheo was on Earth, running from being wrongfully accused of a crime. When he found her, he tried to hurt some friends of hers and pretty much just ended up beating the shit out of each other. Sheo ended up dragging him away and tending to him, after a very lucky upper cut to his jaw knocked him out. They ended up talked after he woke up and she explained everything. Sadly, the original Sheo was mortally wounded in another fight after another hunter came after her. Using a highly taboo ritual, Sheo binded herself to a human, her essence becoming one with the girl. The girl, Kat, basically became Sheo, but without knowing practically anything about Draoone, fighting, etc. Jay swore he'd help protect her and teach her to handle her new self, in honor of Sheo.

He was the one that taught her to fly in feral form (Wes taught her in Anthro) and taught her some fighting techniques in feral form as well.
