Slaton is a a guy that is someone who you go to if you want something obscure or through ill gotten gain, i.e. 'fell off the back of a truck' bit of a rogue character. Though loyal to those close to him, like to keep himself free of anything tieing him down. Always on the move with some deal or another never in one place for long periods of time. A well mannered person who will give you the time of day and chase you if you dropped your wallet, doesn't take to kindly those who cross him or any comrades in 'the business'.
