Lone Gravis is a mythical creature tentatively known as a "gom". He's a half-pint fairy/dragon-like creature of currently unknown age or gender (though typically responds to male pronouns). Lone was the first of the gom species to be created by a powerful ancient mage more than 2 millennia ago.
