Blotter's a puffable paintable otter toy! His hide's an pearly polychromatic color.. or really no color at all! Not even black! He's certainly there, not transparent, very much seen and clearly visible, and he doesn't blend in with himself. His hide is like a swirling undefinition of color, or all colors, like an oil spill on the ground when wet. However, if you should brush up against him, your fur, scales skin, whatever it may be will leave a colorful path of the touching part! Fur even looks like he's been painted on with a paint-brush from the folicles! Get creative!

In addition, his hide sometimes takes on random colors with feelings or, especially, with inflation! Anything already colored will seem to shift around on him, or become more pronounced, perhaps better highlighting how he's inflating, or even changing colors entirely across the spectrum or through it!

Of note, his form is fully seamless, and generally has no valves at all, only his bits, muzzle, and nostrils as entrances into him for air or anything else. However, sometimes with liquid furs he'll adopt a valve for being inflated addtionally through.
