This is Nitro! :D
A new dragon character I thought up randomly one night, and HAD to draw him to get him out of my head! His species is the same as Tartii drake's, and I've come to calling them Drakii. c: There isn't really much that makes the species stand out, but I'm working on it!
Nitro is a toxic, acidic dragon. He's a very sure of himself male, confident and dominant in all that he does. He likes to show who is boss.
He can make his fleshy bits glow, as well as any green markings on him, at will. He can also make his saliva, or insides become highly acidic, melting anything at a touch. Hard to catch him surprised without having repercussions! But he has full control over this, and can make such parts of himself harmless.
His paws can also melt surfaces to mere mush. Quite the dangerous drake.
He can't breath fire, but spits acid!

Wow! This character looks so intense and ferocious! Even in his neutral pose to the left, you can see he's got something a tad annoying to deal with. I also like how you did a combo of high contrasting and high saturation. I've seen both color styles be used a lot on DA for characters, but rarely do I see the two variations combined.
You did an amazing job in general! Even the anatomy is wonderful!
