Savanyu, aka Savvy, lives on the planet Carahir on an island in the frigid polar north. He lives with his brother Silva and a handful of former servants of his parents that he now considers his family.

He runs a restaurant out of the lower level of his house.

The fish in the pool at his feet is his pet fish Quibbles.
