Jacqui is one of the Twins, alongside Maxie. He was sealed with a fire spirit by an evil scientist; as a result, he has the 'fire power'...literally. He can control and create fire at will.

Personality-wise, he is a no-nonsense risk-taker, and will do anything for those in need. However, he can get upset easily, and is shy around girls.
