Background/History – Kenneth was born on Unova Route 18 to a single mother. His father was a Charizard who left his mother before he hatched. After he evolved, he quickly got the nickname “Hoodie” because he was the only Scrafty on the island who never wore his hood. 2 years ago he was captured and given to Zaira, a very successful and rich coordinator, as her 16th birthday present.

The Sableye she already had—a shiny named Bloodstone—was less than amused and instantly jealous, though Hoodie by no means took any of the attention Bloodstone was getting from her on purpose, and would rather have battled than been used in musicals. Still, he didn't complain about the celebrity parties, as this gave him a better chance to find a mate (which he had never had any success with). It didn't take him long to find one show Pokemon he would've preferred above any other: A female Shadow Charmeleon named Saturn. However, he was well-aware that she was far out of his league, so he never tried to pursue any kind of romantic relationship with her.

Bloodstone, on the other hand, knew this and essentially “stole” Saturn from Hoodie as a whim to piss him off. After a few months, Saturn caught on to that, dumped bloodstone, and just to add insult to injury, started dating Hoodie.

That backfired on them both, though, because now they have a daughter (a Scrafty/Charmeleon hybrid named Alanna).

Personality – Very immature. Hoodie kind of acts more like he's anywhere from 16-18 than 23; he's very irresponsible and prone to trying to escape reality and his problems rather than trying to confront them. He's a bit self-conscious of his weight, but not enough to make a huge effort to get rid of it. He is confident in his battling ability, though.

Probably the first thing anyone would notice about him is his language pattern. He talks like a total frat boy, and, to be fair, kind of is one in a way (except for being more cautious about this around females). There's usually a “dude,” “man,” and/or or some kind of cuss word in at least every other sentence that comes out of his mouth.

His second-most noticeable trait would probably be his complete and total obsession of female reptiles, and his jealousy of anyone else who has one for a mate. This can be strongly evidenced by the presets on his TV, the videos on his iPod (which is password protected for this very reason), and the piles of (surprisingly) well-sorted magazines in his nightstand drawer. This isn't to say he's secretive about it, though. In fact, it would probably do him a lot more good if he was. It probably wouldn't be an exaggeration to call him a sex addict.

Habits – A bit of an alcoholic. He's started chewing bubblegum a lot in an attempt to quit drinking lately. Also tends to masturbate a lot when Saturn isn't in the mood (and Saturn's just about never in the mood). Listens to a lot of punk rock, goth pop, and metal.

Body – Hoodie has more of a bulky, dragonish appearance than most Scrafty, due to the influence of his Charizard father. His talons always end up ripping the ends of his pants, so he just started tearing the ends off in the first place to avoid the irritation. Has eyes more similar to that of a Charizard than a Scrafty. Wears arm warmers.

Relatives/Family – Son of a female Scrafty and male Charizard, mate to Saturn, father of Alanna.

Trivia – I've probably changed Hoodie's design and personality the most out of all my OCs, or at least the most times.
