He's usualy pretty laid back and likes to make jokes. His personality and akward sense of humor (finding most anything funny) can get on people's nerves, especially when they think the situation is serious. He does have a serious side but very rarley brings it out. When he does he becomes cold, detatched, and ruthless against enemies. Over all he is a good guy and likes to help others when it's convenient.

He is in a seperate storyline from the characters I already have posted, I'm not sure if I'm even doing much with this storyline but I really love the characters in it so...Have a Tobias.
