A cynical feline with a pessimistic attitude, Ozzy can be quite difficult to get along with. Most tend to assume, he's just abit grumpy all the time, though how easily certain things irritate him doesn't help. He's not very well in control of his emotions, often taking certain situations quite a bit to far. Usually this means that he can so easily come to assumptions, especially dealing with those he finds it hard to read. This does not mean he lack perception, for his age he's quite perceptive to the point of arrogance. He rather enjoys being in control of the situation. He gets a high from how well he can read people and tends to hate being proven wrong. As such, its when one breaks down the illusion of perfection he likes to believe he can attain when he shows his true weaknesses. This can often lead to him burning himself out as he tries to build that wall back up.

The truth is Ozzy just doesn't like it when others can see through him. He carries a rather powerful inferiority complex that he's quick to hide under an overly confident, uptight and smug outer shell. Of course, Ozzy isn't always the sour puss, he can really show his sweet, yet flawed side given the proper stimulation. He can become clumsy and lazy when most relaxed, especially around those who've managed to crack his shell. His partner, Vanilla is one of the few people that truly knows the vulnerable side of Ozzy, though he really hates when the dalmation points it out.

While on the surface he's cold, stuffy and selfish he's often times shown true nobility and courage. He has a strong sense of duty and is very passionate about the work he does. Of course, he's always wishing for some sort of gratitude and respect. In many cases, he can find it hard to figure out what he truly enjoys sense he's always doing work for the sake of praise from others.
