Captain Basil lives in modern times but it based off of a nerdy modern take of Sherlock Holmes. He is a genius cosplayer! He can also be portrayed as the original detective as well though. He is very charismatic, yet rude at the same time. People either love him or hate him. He can change his personality depending on what the situation is... He is a big fan of Doctor Who, and all forms of Sherlock Holmes. His name, Captain Basil, is actually a pseudonym that Sherlock Holmes uses in the story "The Adventure of Black Peter"!
