Bile is a bit of a conundrum. Like Truxton and Eugene, Bile was kicked out of hell for being too god damn happy. And at 27 he was by far a youngun there (they were happy to get rid of him). Bile is made up of various Overworld animal parts, he has the build of a bear, a big fluffy lion's mane, snake eyes and tongue, deer antlers, goat ears, a dog muzzle, dino back spines, and a nice big alligator tail. Unlike the hellhounds, Bile doesn't need to feed off souls to survive, he absorbs magic for sustenance and seeks out magicians regularly to feed. For this reason he's well acquainted with Styx and Denton. Now living in western London, Bile has become obsessed with video games since his arrival in the Overworld. He plays them constantly and loves most of them dearly. Bile has an attention span of a few seconds and is constantly distracted by everything. It's hard to get him to pay attention to you even in dire circumstances. He's often missed feedings and has been found in a coma for this reason.
