Trinity gave herself to Rift once and left him shortly after. After a little convincing from Toron, she returned to him. She bonded well with Rift after that and has been with him for many years since.

Her actual body is a shield that she allows only Rift to wear. It can take the form of most standard sized shields, from buckler to just short of tower shield. She is able to project a body however to interact with others and more often than not, the body is that of a female dragon that shifts to the whims of Rift.

In a more modern setting, her shield may take the form of a watch, or stylish sci fi shield.
