Tierney is a queer-identified gryphon living in an increasingly integrated and chaotic world still adjusting to the converging continents. She works in a town-turned-city of trades-and-craftspeople, peddling the "technologies" of that world involving minerals that light up and provide a safe alternative to fire.

She likes dancing, music, good drink and good company, hates debates and loves being the center of attention-- on her own terms. Tierney has a hard time figuring out being by herself and not in a group.

Child of merchant artists, Tierney is practically small-town royalty in a bustling trade hub swiftly turning into a city. Amidst the chaos of growth and disputes as folk of all species seek to exist together and make a new start in a world still getting used to the idea of leaving antiquity behind, all Tierney wants to do is take it easy and have a good time. She's not wrong that there are better people to handle responsibility, but she might not find it so easy to hand off her duties in good conscience.

Tierney is LESBIAN, and she may only be drawn romantically and suggestively with female-identified persons. She has no dedicated partner and is not strictly monogamous.

In Tierney's world, most creatures are rather animal-like in shape and clothing is as adornment and accessory, and sometimes status, not as covering a 'nude' body. Breasts can and frequently are bared. If she is drawn clothed, she can be wearing draped fabrics over her shoulder or about her hips and waist, though almost never wears a top of any sort. Genitalia covering depends on species, but many do not have visible bits, and those who do (males primarily) cover them.

Tierney is more tomboyish than fem, though not quite butch.
