I actually didn't have Wynn the last time I drew all my characters before. So I actually had to completely invent Wynn's companion pokemon and outfit. (Its a bikers jacket, FYI)

Wynn is not really a trainer. In fact, the really didn't want a pokemon at all. She accidentally revived a broken fossil that her aunt gave her as a gift when she was visiting a museum. Apparently it wasn't too far broken, as a very scared Archen came out of the machine! Its tail has a kink in it, but its not certain if that was just the Archen or if it was the broken fossil's fault. Archie is very nervous and stressed. He seemed to have imprinted onto Wynn and so he just sticks with her all the time. He annoys Wynn sometimes because of how clingy he can be.

Archen was a really good fossil pokemon for me, because it leveled up so fast and it learned rock moves, which came in handy when fighting dragons like Dragonite and Salamence (once it evolved anyways)...
Also, mine learned Fly on its own. and Dragonbreath. maybe that was just the hack I was playing though...

Its great trying to find a good pokemon to match characters. But normally I don't find any stats or reason to match them up. Its just aesthetics and how they work in the wild according to the games. So if the archen here learns anything interesting, its completely by chance XD
