Nobody knows my character like likeshine does!

Most of you know that Pepp(er) takes at least a few different forms and sizes. This is his fairly standard, anthro, non-shrinky-dink version. I plan on revealing more aspects of his personality, and other fun cartoony shapes that he takes on in future commissions! He does lend himself quite well to the toony varieties. x3

I've always had a good idea of what he like in my head. But in each of my commissions, something always gets left out: his hooves, his torso and rear fur patterns (though fairly simple), and a few other things. Finally I've got it all in one!
