It's my precious otter boi, Sylas! Since he had a bit of alone time, he decided to relax in the river for a bit and let the water flow over himself.

This is the type of stuff I hoped to get out of the Inktober prompts - not fully-fledged artworks, but something different, and maybe even something more than I normally do (because I don't normally do backgrounds and such, even simple ones).
