A little concept of a possible new "Superhero Pokémon" OC. Not sure whether or not I'm going to make him canon.

Two facts about him, though:

1. He's mute, so he does all his work in total silence, making him a bit more like a ninja than a typical costumed-hero.
2. His suit as advanced camouflage tech in it, so he can easily hide and sneak up on criminals even in broad daylight if he needs to.
3. His only "calling card" is leaving a phosphorescent "thunderbolt" symbol painted somewhere on all the criminals he captures and ties up for the police to find, hence to title "Night Lightning".
