I've been thinking a lot about the various space pirate crews in the Azure Wheel galaxy since there's a large story that I want to write surrounding them. Kegan is the undisputed leader of the pirates of Shepperd's Wake as he keeps order among the crew.

An imposing figure with a seething hatred for the Ultimarian Empire, few oppose his reign. Else they have a one-on-one meeting with Golgotha, the black hole.
