      No, that's not how you should go about things, especially meaningful pieces drawn by artists FOR OTHERS. Where is your courtesy, your sense of decency? NONE of us granted permission for you or anyone involved with that site to post this there. Remove it from that site.

            This process has not changed for a nomination based structure in over 10 years. As we mentioned it before in various places, we run the Oscars for Artists. Only reason we really add anything to the lineup pending approval/denial is so we do not forget about it.

            Also, YFF is our new replacement to TNSC - The New Site of Creativity and our Art Contests have always linked directly to the original piece, as found on the original site. So essentially it would have led to free traffic directly to this page.

            We understand your concerns and do apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstandings.

              I really have no idea what any of that is and I honestly do not care to find out, but in this particular instance, you upset the artist and you upset the commissioner and his partner by reposting a piece without permission to some random site. You've managed to offend three people in one fell swoop because you did not ask permission first.

              I can, and have been, getting my own free traffic. I really do not appreciate my work being reposted to some questionable looking website full of questionable looking ads and materials.

              Do not give me an explanation when I am looking for an apology. I do not care what your reasonings are, I do not care how many years this thing I have never heard of has existed, and I do not care about the free traffic, because, as I said, I can get my own free traffic on my own terms. The only thing I want is the apology, not the apology mixed with irrelevant and unnecessary crap. I do appreciate you removing my work when asked, however.

              Thank you for your time; please put me on your blacklist. I want no part in any of those organizations, nominations, or contests you've listed off, nor do I want any part of anything else you may have neglected to mention or will do in the future.
