It's really beautiful; I love these characters in your style. :D
The only thing I'd say is that it feels like with all the yellow at the bottom, the eye isn't drawn to much else of the image. Rarity is kind of overshadowed since she's among a lot of purple (shaded in purple, she has purple hair, with Twilight right next to her). I feel like if Rarity and Applejack's places were switched, it might even out the tone and bring the eye up more (though I can see that the characters' colors and the background are also tying the image together, so I can see why you arranged them as they are).

Thank you very much! I definitely hear you on your points also :) They are arranged the way they are because of their placement on the Tree of Harmony. I was worried that the colors would bleed together so originally I had the background contrasting each character more but it ended up looking super chaotic. Had to go with making them blend more @_@
