A twist on a older model of one of my collars. Like the previous model It got spinaker tape in the middle. the collour used is neon yellow. On a previous model I used EL wire was used, on this one EL tape is put under the spinaker tape to give a yellow glow. The Neon yellow tape is also UV reactive.
