This is Skylin. She is an Air Kobold who developed the Uncanny power to see the future like days of the past. And she help's steer the Kobolds through stormy times. Being part of the Air tribe she gives advice and is a little clearer with Air Kobold on what she sees. But she pulls the mythic-cryptic-stuff for Kobold of other tribes, and making them trade goods for the info. And will only gives vague hints to non-Kobolds after making do something astonishing, like killing a cyclopes or a phoenix or something.
She is wise and alot older than you think and kind of mean hearted.
