Fleetheart by Tonin

Fleetheart

Fleetheart

Lovely lapis leporid
Fleet footed, fine, and fair
Your heart held forth so freely
And compassion past compare

Would that one worthy as thee
Should someday smile and say
"Come, companion canid,
Don't deign be dour this day

"See the sapphire sky so high
And clouds of creamy white!
Why waste time with worry
When beauty burns so bright?"

And beauty, she burns bright indeed
Cobalt and cream in hue
Yet I speak not of splendid skies
But softly shining you

Oh beautiful blue bunny
Caring beyond compare
The heavens have no hope beside
A heart so fleet and fair

Fleetheart

...Alright, in the throws of nostalgia I misremembered Swift Heart rabbit as Fleet Heart. Poem still works, but it's not quite as clever.
At least I'll never forget Brainslow Crash's name. =I
