Design Notes:

Very heavey in the lion aspect but I think I did an OK mixture. Lol I loves the heart shaped face of a barn owl and tried to face but it seemed to odd. So I gave him a chest collar of feathers all straight pointed. Need to blend that in a bit more. I gave him a rectangle type eye or pupil.

His wings can be walked on and the way the bone is set the pinser are usable. Mainly what is in front of him unless he swings his wing around.

He has scorpion plated armor along his back and along his legs. I tried to give it a broken but horizontal look. Lol

His front paws, well I turned his thumbs into a fictional talon cross. So he only has 3 normal lion toes. Lol I figured prey should get demolished.

His butt has some feathers but their mainly for show. His tail is mainly lion except the stinger at the end. When he threatens he will life his tail spreading his feathers warning to stay away. Other then that he's very much like a scorpion tail. XD. The feathers on it help with flight when he's air born.

Also on his shoulders there is a mix of feathers and fur. The feathers would be heavily spotted like a barn owl giving a nice attraction. If I could color him lol. He might take on a dark colors darn owl or a redish barn owl, ooorrrr a very very light color variation. I'd have to play with it a lot. Lol
