Believe it or not, that same member of DeviantArt who asked me to draw Kimi Finster from Rugrats asked me to draw her again...but this time he wanted her as a mermaid. Well, being a Nickelodeon character, the first thing that came to my mind was that gang of cute little mermaids called Bubble Guppies. Hope you like the treatment I gave her!
