What could be going on here...

"Come on Ainir, your sisters don't mind to have their picture taken." Niko said to the calico-patterned furred bundle who currently tried to bury his head into the crook of Taross' arm. "Just look at all the fun Hizo is having."
Niko gestured upwards where a deep orange streak was doing cartwheels over the gathered groups heads.
"You would never expect him to be the shy one, considering his mom..." Tazel teased, reaching out to gently nudge at Niko with a chuckle. Just besides hir, a trilling giggle mimiced the sound when Sairai floated closer.
"Nor would we have ever expected the quiet one to be yours." Taross spoke up, prodding at Sixpaws with a finger.
"I've got an idea that'll make him come out at least long enough for the picture." shi added "Just get ready and be sure to snap it quickly... I doubt you'll get longer than a few seconds."

The photographer nodded and the others took their places while Taross concentrated. A small braid in the fluff of hir tail unwound itself and a mote of golden light floated up to hir hand. Once nearby, it quickly expanded into a large glowing pearl, surrounded by three glowing sattelites.
The sudden appearance of the shining orb and its warm light caused Ainir to finally look up and turn around, distracted by the gentle turning of the smaller pearls. Even Hizo stopped her rambunctious acrobatics to peer over along Niko's shoulder.

It took only a second or two alright... but the memories would be lasting a lot longer.
