This came about as idle chit-chat at Anthrocon about a fursuit of the cyber-wolf from my Project Future comics. The cyber-wolves are feral, so for a practical fursuit I started to wonder what an anthro version would look like.

I made a quick hack of one by taking the feral wolf's head and grafting it onto some combat armour. Crude, but promising, so I commissioned Keetah Spacecat to do a digital sticker and this is the result.

Whether the anthro cyberwolf will appear in my comics is open to debate - new life forms aren't looked upon kindly and this is exactly the kind of thing that would completely panic the authorities. But you never know...
For those wondering, the wolf is approximately human-smart and fully sentient. R-ALF, one of the testbeds for the cyberwolf project, has a highly developed sense of sarcasm and is a bit of a smartarse.
