Here's progress so far, with a temporary neck in place. It looks like I'll just need a short collar to hold the magnets that will keep the neck drape in place. Some unevenness is due to hurriedly donning the suit and the pinned-on horns and ears, the rest needs to be trimmed, smoothed, and will hopefully be more even in future appearances.

If I can start skinning by the end of January, I should be able to strut my way onto the con floor in the Cleveland Convention Center on March 3rd, 2018. If the stars are right, there might even be a short red she-drake next to him during the cosplay parade.
