This is Axel, whom will be responsible for lots of steampunkish gadgets in the WoCverse, and will also be giving the party flight with an airship. There is planned to be a city that booms off some of his inventions to make life easier.

He is planned to be a temporary guest party member, and uses a giant wrench as a weapon, like a familiar vg character we know.
