This is Riley, a short but stacked Pachirisu in Fallout-like universe but with Pokemons. Inspired by swordfox's stories and stuff, go take a look.

Some basics of her background so far; She survived the Great War through some form of stasis, but suffered slight radiation burns to her eyes and arms. Likes big guns and "bigger guns", explosives and hoards every Nuka-Cola she can find in the wastelands.
