I donated a commission slot to Sheltie Rescue Alternative, who works primarily with senior dogs and dogs with chronic illness or end stage cancer. Sheltie Rescue Alternative does amazing work and is always in need of donations (as are most rescues), since their focus is on providing comprehensive end of life care for fosters that rarely get adopted due to severe illness, age, injury, cognitive decline, and/or advanced cancer.
