This here is Rocko T. Cuddliclon. The biggest, silliest, cuddliest clown you will ever meet.

He's a magical creature from the toon dimension and likes to set up a circus now and then in the real world to mess with human beings with his clowny tricks and gags. He often doesn't have problems with entertaining humans, but should one be unhappy with his act, he will use more unorthodox methods like taking them into the back and using his special magical breath to tickle them into submission, make them into a toony clown critter and then bringing them into his dimension to get them to be more happy and outgoing. Other times he'll even want to search for a willing human to become a member of his own personal circus.
