Here, have an old-timey Undertale OC... very very strongly based on the Dullahan (obvious with the name thing), known over in the USA by the title "The Headless Horseman". But the original Celtic Dullahan is way more badass and has much more interesting abilities (that could easily be conceived of in the UT universe. :3c ).

I imagine he's got a pretty strong accent... that is hard to decide whether it's full Scottish or Welsh... but strang nonetheless.

He calls his summoned bone-horse Brucey. X3c Or Mister Bone-Bone. Depends on if he forgot about the name Brucey or not.
