^^ An anthro mason bee male. A one hour speed drawing on two layers--one for bee, another for sky and clouds. I'm actually really impressed with this. I experimented with some brushes and used a pastel texture for the brushstrokes. No blender used at all, no references, and no color-picking from references. :D

Super cute on purpose... unavoidable... lil green-eyed mason bees are impossibly cute. :D

Wow... So apparently admins on Deviantart cannot tell that this is an anthro bee, not a regular bee. I've had this drawing on DA forcibly moved to Scraps because it "did not meet the requirements of the Anthro category and was placed in error", and many anthropomorphic art-specific groups decline it, claiming it's not anthro. XD WOW. Last I checked, ordinary mason bees did not have humanized eyes, proportionally large legs mimicking human ones, and opposable thumbs. XD WOW.
