Been talking a lot about sea beasties and the like with lately and I've been slowly but surely mentally "populating" my world Alteir with my own take on various spirits and creatures of the ocean. This is a first pass at a melusine, the serpent-fish double-queued sea maiden and one of my favorites. Sailors and landwalkers call them various colloquial names such as "water banshee," "sea angel" and "witchy fish-naga."

When I get some serious concepts on paper I'll add more but for now enjoy! Done on smooth bristol with ballpoints and pigment liners.
