… and the bartender says , " What is this, some kind of joke."

that's better than the punchline I had in mind.

You should see if you can convince Igarashi to put this in his Not-Castlevania game, because this design is even cooler than a Castlevania Bone Tower.

thanks, but no. I have a great dislike for these suggestions as i have 0 interest in video games .

It was entirely tongue in cheek, nothing more than a mere compliment.

        • Link

I appreciate the compliment, but it's just that I've had years of people badgering me to do video game design with no regard to my own desires.

Worry not, you shall never hear me say such a thing again.

Thanks, it's just become such a sore spot since I had a few people badger me with their "career advice". It's left me super raw to the subject.

Gosh I love this piece sooo very much. This is a visual feast with those textures coming through! Makes me think of fun dark fae/spirits/magic

      Thanks!
She would probably be a clumsy little demon.

I've kinda wanted to get a commission of all my characters' skulls lined up on a shelf for a long time. May I ask if you were to draw such a picture in the future, how much would each skull cost?

    • Link

Oh, that sounds like an interesting idea.
It would really depend on the level of detail and he complexity of the skulls.

If and when you're open for more commissions, I'd ask for something of this quality but with the addition of minimal coloring. (blue sheep horns) . I'd only ask for three skulls, a bighorn sheep, a human, and a nondescript lizard's skull.

I'll definitely have to think about it. With the level of detail, and the research it takes.
After I get more work done on this, I might be able to better determine the amount of work it takes.
