just some random idea i had that i just had to draw, took me a little over a week
(and that's only concentrating on this so you see how bad i am at handling several things at once)

finally drew his backside... somewhat.

also everything is done with the binary brush... except the sky, the clouds, the sea and the glow of his wing -- i used photoshop's color indexing feature for those. (look closely and they are still individual pixels)

it's 16:9 too!
