This one's a fox-agent-fella by the name of Ialis. Has bladed cuffs controlled by the energy in his body (And uses it as well), as well as wires. More to come later, as he too's gettin' an overhaul!

His species, while still a fox, has unique traits. Those who share it in common all have the species name 'Emulan'. All foxes imbued with energized blood, etc, stories n' stuff!
