Well... what can I say. I don't want to go too deep into the details here, but in the past Vodafone did some really bad and strange things. Beginning from wanting more money than they were eligible to charge; not abiding to their own promises; mixing up contracts with other people, thus exposing the contract details of other people; and wanting to let us pay for multiple contracts at once, even if the second one shouldn't even exist technically in the first place. They made a lot of mistakes, that shouldn't have been made in the first place. I'm not saying that they aren't allowed to make mistakes, but especially those things really shouldn't happen to anyone...
I mean, you probably could exchange that company logo with several others as well, but since I am still a customer of Vodafone after all they did, since basically all the other providers are more expensive and do the same or even more mistakes, that seems fitting~
