I did realize that Photoshop has an entire "Pixelize" subcategory of effects, but I haven't played around with it yet.-
Oh, that's pretty impressive, considering the fuzziness of the photo you had to work from! And I'm surprised to learn that that bunny ear hoodie is a real thing, haha :P
