Commission WIP for Nightmarelaval1987 on FA

I grew up drawing DBZ (well Vegeta mainly) a lot, so I still maintain a bit of my DBZ-ish style from all that. A breath of fresh air to be drawing a Saiyan character also. I always enjoyed the SSJ4 form concept. People hated GT but I didn't, except for the Baby Saga.
